CONFERENCE TIMES: The conference begins with check-in at 10:30am Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, January 19, and ends on Friday, January 22 at 8:00am.
CONFERENCE FEES: The non-refundable fee of $320.00 per person includes registration, meals, snacks, and housing at YMCA Camp Kern. Linens and towel service are available for an additional $15.00.
CONFIRMATION: A confirmation letter will be sent upon receipt of registration.
EARLY ARRIVAL: $40/ night

This is an amazing conference that is now more affordable than ever. Fees include Meals, Lodging, and cover the cost of the three day conference. Camps can also donate items to our service auction which raises money for worthy causes in the communities that we serve. Each day is packed with speakers, interest sessions, fun recreation, opportunities to connect with vendors, and discussion groups.
